Here's how to use a Fibonacci retracement tool:

Visit stockcharts.com

Look in the middle of the page and type in a ticker symbol and click "Go".

At the bottom of the chart, click on the "Annotate" link.

This will open up a new window.  Near the middle of the top of the chart, click on the blue lines (this is the Fibonacci retracement tool).

Click once on the chart, hold the mouse down, and drag the tool to where you want.  Here's what you'll get.
